Ronnie pulled out a can of Diet Coke from her bag and flung it behind her, stopping Roxy in her tracks. She took her seat in class next to a cute looking guy and a friendly looking girl with a pony tail. They started chattering excitedly about the lesson.

"Oh wow. Coke. I hope your teeth rot and fall out," Roxy quipped, rolling the can over to Ronnie, before slipping into a seat next to a blonde-haired girl talking to what was presumably her boyfriend. Roxy turned around and began to chat to his rather fit friend...

The teacher entered the room. "Good morning class!" she called. The class suddenly hushed. "I am Miss Dorrit, for our newer students." Miss Dorrit shuffled her notes. "Today we shall study Shakespeare's classic, Romeo and Juliet. Can anyone name me another?"

Roxy stuck up her hand "Miss, I know loads, I performed in loads at my acting school! There's Midsummer Night's Dream, The Tempest, Hamlet, Macbeth, Taming of the Shrew, and looooaaaaads!" Roxy shot an 'in your face' look at Ronnie, and smiles innocently at Miss Dorrit.

*Nate sighs, and rolls his eyes, silently saying to himself ''what did I sign up for. Nate continues to take notes*

Ronnie wasn't even looking and carried on taking notes. Miss Dorrit handed out worksheets and the class got to work on writing about what Romeo and Juliet meant.

Roxy began scribbling down furiously in her quick-but-neat handwriting. She glanced over at Ronnie, who was shyly writing down her answer, looking around at everyone else. "Hah," Roxy thought to herself. "How is she gonna make it in the acting world if she can't even cope with a single paper..."

Ronnie had actually finished and was perfecting it. "Miss Dorrit, I'm finished!" she stuck up her hand and she came to collect it. Ronnie went round to help others who were stuck. "Oh, Roxy, are you stuck?" she sniggered 'sympatheticly'

"Uh, I don't need any of your help thanks, I'm perfectly fine on my own, and besides-" Roxy stuck up her hand. "I'm finished too, miss!"

Ronnie glanced down at Roxy's paper. "Uh no... You missed out question 2 and put question 6's answer twice." Ronnie rolled her eyes and walked over to Nate to try and help him.

"That's called 'I ran out of room to finish my BRILLIANT answer, and went down there, stupid." Roxy noticed Ronnie was paying no attention to her whatsoever. "Oooh, getting close to Nate are we? Ickle diddums got herself a new friend? Awwwwww."

Nobody even laughed at Roxy's joke, simply because everyone had stopped talking. Miss Dorrit had heard the joke! Ronnie blushed scarlet for Roxy and suddenly felt really bad that Miss Dorrit was telling Roxy off. The bell rang and Ronnie tried to catch up with Roxy as she ran out of the classroom.

Roxy walked up the corridor as quickly as possible, trying to hide her red face. It wasn't fair. Performing Arts had always been her thing, and now that Ronnie had moved in on the scene, and taken it away from her. Roxy felt her eyes well up, and rubbed them vigorously before anyone saw.

Ronnie ran up to Roxy. "ROXY!" she startled her. "Oops...Anyway, I'm so sorry!" I don't know why Ronnie thought. It wasn't my fault, she said it. "Are you ok?" she huddled her into the dorm before anyone could see her crying.

Roxy couldn't hold it in anymore, and let the tears pour down her face. "Y'know, I was looking forward to coming here. I was the only one of my group of friends who did Performing Arts at my old school, and they always supported me. But now I have you to compete with. Y'know, we could have got on great, being roommates and all, but then you broke my phone, and now it feel slike your taking everything away from me!" Roxy stopped shouting, as she stepped back and flopped onto her bed, her broken phone falling out of her pocket onto the floor, and breaking into smaller pieces. "NO!" Roxy screamed. I'd almost got that working too!"

Ronnie felt really bad. "I guess I'll move into dorm 2 then." Ronnie grabbed her stuff. "Thanks for everything, I guess..."

Roxy looked up, and immediately felt bad . "No... no, you can stay. I don't want to be a bully, and if I drive you out of your own room I'll feel even worse." Roxy forced a smile. "You can stay... if you really want to. I guess I need to realise I can't have everything my own way..."

Ronnie felt relieved. She went up to Roxy and hugged her. "Look, I'm sorry. I was just really moody I guess because none of my friends were here. Say, if we team up, we can cause even more misery!" Ronnie laughed. "Whatcha say?"

Roxy took a step back and lookd at her roommate. Maybe bunking with Ronnie wouldn't be so bad. Heck, they could even help each other run lines... and, she could always do with a friend here... "Sure," Roxy smiled and returned the hug. "Now, I think we have another problem to sort out. What are you gonna do about Nate?" She laughed.

"Nate?" Ronnie giggled at Roxy's thoughts. "You think I've got something with Nate? No way! He's just a guy, and I'm not looking for one anyway!" She bounced onto her bed and flipped open her Ok magazine.

"Orly?" Roxy took the magazine away and looked at her. "Now look into my eyes and tell me that with a straight face!"

Ronnie looked at Roxy sucessfully with a straight face and placed her hand on her heart. "I want nothing to do with Nate Andrew Williams" she took back her magazine. "Convinced?" she grinned.

"Oooh, you know his middle name ALREADY?! Wow you work fast!" Roxy giggled and began flipping through the magazine herself. "Nice... too bad I can't afford a single item of clothing in this!"

"He told me it when he walked in" Ronnie rolled her eyes "And this is really weird...He called me Miss Parker! He is way too young for me then" Ronnie smiled "Maybe there'll be something for your birthday" Ronnie giggled and put on her Miley Cyrus CD. "You like her?"
