No Christmas Spirit

I've noticed some of us are lacking in the Christmas spirit. Sadly, while you're too busy bickering over the slightest little things, some of you have forgotten the spirit of the holidays. Long ago, a great sacrifice was made when Jesus was sent down to the Earth. This sacrifice of love save the entire human race. Every year during the holiday season we celebrate the birth of our savior. Therefore, this sacrifice lives on forever. Now, may I ask, could we do no less by makng a sacrifice ourselves? Christmas is a time of cheer, of love. Could we give no less than that great gift long ago than to put aside our differences and celebrate the greatest gift ever made together as a family? Christmas is the time for caring, not the time to argue over "name copyrights" and how good each others poetry is..it's a time to appreciate what we have and care for those less fortunate. Perhaps this post means nothing to some of you, so be it. But if the spirit of Christmas lives in you, show it to your fellow chatters. I\'ve taken enough of your time, so I\'ll finish my post with one of the songs that best conveys the idea of Christmas. Enjoy:

wow SG, i never knew you were catholic/christian (i think). but what you wrote, it didnt make me cry, but my heart is. i wanted to cry. you were right, we dont have the christmas spirit because we keep on fighting. so, if i was fighting or not, im sorry. i want this to become the best christmas of my life to make 2008 the best year, especially with you guys... Wink
