Talking In Your Sleep?

So, last night Heather slept over. It was really weird because I'd never talked in my sleep before xD First I said:
Imo: Heather, you're soooooo lucky.
Heather: What?
Imo: You're sooooooo lucky.
Heather: Why?
*Imo snaps out of it*
Imo: Wait, was I just talking or was I dreaming it?
Heather: Talking.
Imo: o_O

So me and Heather got a bit of sleep, and then I started talking in my sleep again, but this time it was totally zany:
Imo: Niamh! Shut up! Niamh!
Heather: Who's Niamh?
Imo: She moved to Iceland.
Imo: Then she and a girl who were friends with her changed their names to Sweetheart and Candy because they didn't like them.
Heather: Are you just joking?
Imo: And they were horseback riders!
Heather: What are you going on about?
O_O That one really creeped me out.

Then there was this one, but I think I know why I said it:
Imo: Annie! Annie! Stop it! Shut up!
Heather: Who's Annie?
Imo: She's my bestest friend in the whole wide world!
Heather: Alrighty then.
Imo: Come on, Annie, let's go to the shops!
*Wakes up*
Imo: What the hell just happened?
Heather: Oh, I don't know.

And when I was speaking in my sleep, my eyes were open. o; Anyone else experienced it? o_O

sometimes I talk in my sleep, like when I thought someone was there, I say their names sometimes. but, that's about it.

How do you know exactly what you said being asleep? And yes, I've been told I do it too, so do my sisters and my mom.

oh! i talk in my sleep all the time. i say the weirdest things, usually references of dreams i'd been having. or sometimes i'll say names or talk about people. sometimes i'm afraid i'll say some secret or something while i'm asleep and somebody will hear it. ;(

That's what I'm scared about. Like if I unknowingly blurt out some deep dark secret.

Apparently I have sex in my dreams. I didn't know this untill my whole school found out. Thank god for best friends...!

No, I mean make noises... Not produce the substances...

pfft thats just odd snoring; mean friends.

my mom snores and my dad has to use earplugs at night cuz she snores liek this: *breathe in snort* POOOFFFFFF *breathe out* lmfao...

and apparently i used to sleepwalk. my dad told me one night i got out of bed, walked down the stairs and started opening and closing the closet door... 0.o strange. another night my dad hurt the sqeaking coming from my bed room (my old bed frame used to creak liek mad if you moved) and then all he hurt was me kicking the wall and then i rolled out of bed 0.o fun stuff mate...

but does anyone else get those random spasms in their body when something happens and you just seizure and wake up... yeah me too xD

One time I sleepwalked too :S
I walked out of my room (top floor) safely down the stairs, opened the front room door, looked round, my Mom said ''are you alright?'' and then I nodded, walked back upstairs to my room, and went to sleep. o_O

Sleep walking? Well, I have an alarm that gets me up for school. Unfortunately I sub-conciously turn the alarm off, since its in the same place each night. I dont really know what time I get up without me knowing to turn it off.

I had to try hiding the alarm from myself but I'd still wake up to no alarm and the clock having been turned off. I covered it in a box and put books on top of it...
Yeah...
That didn't work. I got up and the books were everywhere. This still happens now. Any ideas for me to stop doing this?

i can't really be bothered to find a solution though.

I talk in my sleep sometimes. But my dad does it more. He'll say people's name, and stuff. it's weird.

I was at my friend's house and they fell asleep, and they were like ''Oh my frickin god! Just stop already! Want me to kill you?'' I was laughing. xD And they were mumbling some stuff too.

Bottom line pwns.
