Assassin-Chapter 1: In the beginning



I was 7 years old. I couldn't be older. My flute was broken and I was crying. SO pointless. Like there was going to be someone there to listen to me. I knew I was alone since the day I was born. Now, how did I learn to speak? Thank God 2 travelers stayed for 2 years near my house--tree hole actually. Of course, I was so little that they couldn’t see me, and let's not forget how good I am at hiding. Anyways I stopped crying and climbed the tree, trying to get a new branch, to make whole with my knife (actually the first traveler forgot it there on the ground so I took it).

Gaaah! Foolish knife! I cut my finger. I threw the knife and the branch in my hole. Suddenly, I heard noises. Travelers for sure. I hid in a bush and looked at them. I understood they weren’t regular travelers. The one was wearing black robe and cape with hood, and a woman with black hair and a black robe too. She was quite good-looking.

‘‘Are you sure we’re here, Milady?’‘, said thee mysterious man.
‘‘Of course we are here. You have doubts, Luscious? ‘‘, said the woman.
‘‘No, Milady. ‘‘, said Luscious
‘‘Then let's continue searching for him. ‘‘, said the woman.

They continued walking like they were for a walk to get some fresh air. Apparently, they were looking for someone.

‘‘Someone’s here, Milady.’‘, said Luscious.
‘‘You suspect it’s the future Angel of Death?’‘, said the woman.
‘‘I do not understand Milady. How do we know it’s him?’‘, said Luscious, clearly confused.
‘‘You dispute our Lord?!’‘, said the woman, shocked.
‘‘Of course not, Milady Bella, I was just...’‘
‘‘Silence yourself! Luscious, I 'm very sad that I will have to report you to our Lord’‘, said Lady Bella clearly enjoying herself.
‘‘I 'm sorry, Milady. In order to I rectify, I sense him here.’‘, said Luscious, and took off his hood. He had long blonde hair with a big scar on his eye. Besides that, he good-looking, just like lady Bella.
‘‘Where is he?’‘, said lady Bella, impatiently.
Luscious closed his eyes for a moment. Then, he pointed at me.
‘‘At that bush. He is spying at us right now.’‘, said Luscious.
‘‘Finally, we found him...’‘, said Lady Bella, looking at me like I was something precious.
‘‘Come out boy...’‘, said Lady Bella
‘‘NO!’‘, I replied.
‘‘I said come out!’‘, she said
‘‘NO!’‘, I said again.
‘‘Luscious...You know what to do.’‘, said Lady Bella
‘‘But Milady...He's a child...’‘, said Luscious tentatively
‘‘Luscious, don't worry, he'll wake up in a couple of hours.’‘, said Lady Bella
‘‘Ah...Whatever you desire, Milady...’‘, said Luscious

And then all I remember a light and I passed out.
