It's better than I expected. New free item(headphones) for nonmembers and some new instruments for members. Decorations are somewhat different in places too. 10/10

I've definately noticed it is A LOT harder to get into see the Penguin Band and Cadence this time. This scares me, because this could show that in a year or two, famous penguins will be near impossible to find and even if you find them, to get in the room.
