It depends. See, certain people should do certain announcements, if qualified. Like, Technology Announcements. I'd do it in a hurry, since Im qualified for electronics. Carder could do guitar, and classic rock news. Whoever likes politics can do political announcements. And so on.

I personally think there shouldn't be but there should be special Annoucment usergroups where a user can post in the annoucment section but have to have a special usergroup

I do not think so. Many Nonmods i have a feeling will post somthing like home drama, and stupid bribble drama. Also i think many people will do this "Haii Guizzzz Imma Maken an announsmentttttt." So no i do not think its a good idea

i dont think so, even if im a nonmod myself. its not our job to announce something anyway. some non-mods even intend to place unnecessary announcements, so ill stick to NO
