I think that was meant for a Signature. Either way I'd give it a 6/10.
I didn't like the I Own You part. It sounds great, but It should be bigger and a font like Tall Paul or something.
Use it as you siggy. and take the penguin and resize it and make it your avvy.

Yeeeaaah, I don't have very many fonts on my GIMP. Kinda sucks. Do I have to like, download them or somefin? =O
