Questions

Ok I've been on trt for roughly 3 or 4 years now and the forum for 3. And yet I still have no idea what a pin is,or how to get one *facepalm* Embarassed

So what is a pin and how do you get one?
Also while I'm at it I might as well ask what are those cool people things most of you guys have under your avatars? And how do I get one?
