Lately I've noticed a need for change here. Instead of being a tight-knit community as we started out being, we've started putting each other down, and making fun of each other. Everyone is included in this. You know you've done it at one point or another. If we don't make a group effort to change now, the entire community will suffer later.

With that in mind, I've composed some guidelines I'd like to see us follow on the forum and chat.
-The Golden Rule: Treat Others How You Want To Be Treated; if you
wouldn't like someone insulting you, don't insult other people
-Don't make fun of people behind their back; if this is something you
"NEED" to do, do it in PM where it can't hurt the person
-If you're joking about someone or pulling a prank on them and they aren't
laughing, it's a good idea to stop.
-If you're making a kidding remark that could be taken as a serious
statement, include some sign that you're kidding, i.e. "jk" or ";P"
-Think about how your comments will affect other peoples' feelings

Please try to follow these simple tips so that TRT can have an even brighter future and so that all of us can get along even better. wink
