Hey this is a annocement about myself. 
Humble arent i? But any way this weekend i fell down while helping move furniture and hurt my ankle 
it didnt look so good,nor did it feel good. So we went to the uc(urgent care) and they said it might be a sprain or it might be some thing wosre. I will just have to see when i go to the docters tuesday. Until then pity me fool!
