Old or New Music?

Post by Armageddon on Tue Aug 04, 2009 7:51 pm

Which type of music do you prefer? Old music(1940-1990[yes to most people thats considered old])? or new music (1990-present)? I'm sure the majority of you will say '' I luv new music cus old music is liek wat my parnts listened 2 when they wer kids n that isnt cool wit me''.....

I for one like Old Music. Like The Beatles, the B-52's, Bob Marley, Paul Simon, CSN. Gogol Bordello, Tom Chapin, John Denver...etc.

But i have listened to few new music so i cant say much for that. But the ones i have heard arent very good.

Post opinions here but do not go on a rampage on your own opinion ;D

Actually, our old music have more meaning than our latest ones. Songs of our parents and grandparents have more meaning and makes more sense and it has a purpose, not just stupid rhyming ones that we have today. Although, the tune/rhythm of songs today is much more better than before because of our latest technology which helps us have more instruments. So....

Which is better?
Lyrics - Old
Rhythm - New

Conclusion: It depends for me :]

I vote for new music, but there was no voting for both -.- and I listen to every old or new. For example, I listen to the band that Santana was with lol Razz
